Grace is a Member of Technical Staff at FAR.AI, where she works on AI red-teaming, adversarial evaluations, and model safety research. Her work focuses on evaluating advanced AI systems, identifying model failure modes, and developing scalable approaches to characterize safety-relevant vulnerabilities. Before joining FAR.AI, Grace worked at 10a Labs on applied AI safety, where she helped build 10a’s red-teaming and scaled AI threat intelligence efforts. Grace holds a master’s degree from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Yonsei University.
